Private Pay and Out of Network Benefits

Even for physicians, getting the right support for your child can be difficult.  Insurance utilization is designed to be difficult and restrictive.  A delay to a family receiving care saves the insurance company money.  There can be so many limitations of therapy that your child is allowed.  Insurance tries to control where, when, and how often you receive care.

Out-of-network reimbursement helps give you back control for your child’s needs.  Often, when your child is young, you will not only meet your deductible, but many people easily meet their out-of-network maximum.  It’s not a matter of if; it’s a matter of when.  The sooner you meet your deductibles and your out of network maximums, then the sooner your insurance will be paying for everything in full.

Getting a diagnostic evaluation quicker allows your family to be able to begin services such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA sooner.  The evidence shows that the sooner your child can receive early therapy and support, the more of an impact therapy can have on your child’s development.

Our evaluation process will give you your report on the day of the visit.  We provide cognitive, behavioral, social-emotional, and adaptive assessments that insurances often require to begin therapies.

We bill the exact same codes you would see billed in an academic or hospital group setting. Our charges have been established based on my experience as to what healthcare organizations charge insurance for those services and adjust yearly.  We provide a “Superbill” to submit to your insurance we work with a company to help you with that process.
